Meet the Staff for Quality Plumbing, Serving Seattle, WA

Bryan

I am a true Washington resident growing up in the Wallingford neighborhood and a proud graduate of Ballard High School in 1987. My wife Connie and I have three children, Avery, Logan, and Ella, as well as a number of animals running around the house. Connie and I enjoy the fast pace of raising three children. As a family, we are busy camping, bowling, and just enjoying our kids.

I started at Quality Plumbing in November of 1987 and have actually worked at Quality Plumbing 3 times for over 23 years. I left once for Marine Corps reservist training and then went to school at North Seattle Community College in Engineering and Drafting. During my time away from Quality Plumbing, I realized I really enjoyed working with my hands, and I could see myself having a career as a Plumber. I came back to Quality in 1992 and have been here ever since. In 2006, I became a co-owner of Quality Plumbing.

I truly love what I do and enjoy coming to work every day. Although I do not pick up tools very often, I am as excited in my current role of customer service, sales, and job management as I was when I actively worked in the field.

The total process from booking a service call, by phone, to the installation of a steel reinforced waterline hose on our refrigerator, was a pleasurable experience. A retired plumber recommended QP. Jeff had to pull out the refrigerator, remove the plastic waterline, install the new waterline, check to make sure the water dispenser was working and put the refrigerator back. Jeff was careful and mindfull of our wooden floor as the refrigerator was in a built-in cabinet. Since we live in a condo we want to eliminate all possibilities for a water leak. Jeff not only did his skillful job, he also educated us on the different water supply lines. I would recommend QP.
